- 2 cups cashews
- 3 TBSP chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1.5 tsp Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/8 c. olive oil
- 3 tsp Organic Nama Shoyu or Bragg’s
- 3 TBSP nutritional yeast (red star or Kal’s are great) !
- 1/2-1 cup of filtered water
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
Blend everything in a food processor into a thick cream, slowly adding the water to your desired consistency. Pour over the noodles and enjoy!
