“Cheezy” sauce for zucchini noodles

  • 2 cups cashews
  • 3 TBSP chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1.5 tsp Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/8 c. olive oil
  • 3 tsp Organic Nama Shoyu or Bragg’s
  • 3 TBSP nutritional yeast (red star or Kal’s are great) !
  • 1/2-1 cup of filtered water
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic

Blend everything in a food processor into a thick cream, slowly adding the water to your desired consistency. Pour over the noodles and enjoy!
