Curried Cauliflower Salad

A simple to make and healthy dish

INGREDIENTS

Two & half cups of cauliflower, chopped into small pieces

1/2 onion, peeled and diced

One and a half cups carrots, grated

3 tsp. tamari (or  braggs liquid aminos)

1/4 cup raw tahini

1 tsp. curry powder (mild)

1/4 cup water.

PREPARATION

1. Place the prepared vegetables in a serving dish.

2. In a cup mix together the water, tamari, tahini and curry powder.

3. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix in well.

4. Allow to marinate before serving.
