INGREDIENTS
3 cups cubed yellow squash
3 cups cubed zucchini
1 grated sweet potato
3-4 grated carrots
¼ cup chopped fresh tarragon
16 oz can of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp. cold-pressed olive oil
Bragg Liquid Aminos

PREPARATION
1. Combine the yellow squash and zucchini in a large bowl.
2. Add the sweet potatoes, carrots, garbanzo beans, tarragon, and garlic.
3. Add the oil, and toss until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Season with Bragg Liquid Aminos to taste
