4 c whole wheat bread crumbs (pulse bread in food processor)
1 c quick oats
1 c pecan meal (can use pecans and pulse in food processor with the bread)
Pulse in food processor:
1 c onion, cut in large pieces
1 c celery, cut in large pieces
½ c water
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt or less if desired
Mix all together. Let sit 5 minutes. Form firm small meatballs. Place on prepared baking tray, or can
use parchment paper. Bake about 30 minutes at 350, turning once during baking time.
