Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients:

Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

1 cup almond milk (you could also use water)

1 cup garbanzo bean flour or any other gluten free or whole grain flour

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. of herbamare (17 different herbs and spices) or Salt & Pepper

1 head of cauliflower, broken into medium size pieces

1 cup of zero fat buffalo sauce (check, many are loaded with fat) I use Ashanti chicken wing sauce

Directions:

1. Mix the almond milk and flour and seasonings together with a wisk to make a batter.

2. Place the broken cauliflower pieces into the batter to coat well.

3. Place the battered cauliflower on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet Bake at 425 for about 15 to 18 minutes Remove the cauliflower from the oven and raise oven temp to broil, now flip the cauliflower over.

4. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 bottle of the wing sauce over the cauliflower and place in broiler for approximately 5 more minutes or until nicely browned.

Notes:

I love these just the way they are for dinner served with vegetables and a salad. But I also bring these to parties as an appetizer and serve them with vegan blue cheese dressing and celery. See dressing recipe under dressings.
