Sumptuous One Meal Salad

INGREDIENTS

Any Lettuce or Field Greens —As much as you like

One Cucumber, Pealed and seeded

One tomato, seeded

Onion—chopped

Organic Garlic–2 Tsp

Edamame –one cup

Quinoa–One cup cooked

Beets—one cup

Feta Cheese

______________________________________________________________________

PREPARATION

Mix all together and top with Feta Cheese. I use Mrs Dash for seasoning.
