I have learned so many things since becoming involved with World Wellness Education on exercise and nutrition. In the last few years I have lost over 30 pounds and am exercising now three to four times per week. I have added many new foods to my lifestyle that I never imagined eating before. Best of all I have found that these foods actually taste great. I have so much more energy and now wake up without the alarm plus my mind is clear and sharp and I can accomplish so much more during my days. I love being a part of World Wellness.
