Healthy Tea

Healthy Tea1. Grate two or more 3 inch turmeric organic fresh roots (I just cut off the ends but that is personal)

2. Grate two or more 3 inch peeled fresh organic ginger

3. Put in 8 to 10 cups boiling water add honey to taste

4. Let boil and simmer for about 10 minutes in total.

5. Take off heat squeeze juice of 3-4 fresh organic lemons then you can fill your thermos and sip on this delicious wonderfully healthy tea all day or maybe for a couple of days!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not pushing anything I just want everyone to be healthy and to not feel ill.  Personally I am the only person on the farm that did not get sick this winter and I was in the rain and the cold the most!!!!
