Small Changes Lead to A Great Life

“You can either change and get better, or stay the same and gradually decline.”

– John C. Maxwell

Do you remember the movie Groundhog Day with Bill Murray? Each day he lived the same day over and over again. Do you feel like that? Like each day you wake up and your day is a repeat of the day before. The problem is that your life has become stagnant. You have gotten stuck into a routine that you can’t seem to change. The good news is that you can change it. You can do things differently than you did before. You can make small changes like taking a different route to work, or getting a different coffee at Starbucks. Once you start making small changes to your life then it becomes easier and easier. You don’t want to get stuck in the proverbial rut or your life will slowly decline; if it hasn’t already. It’s easy to get stuck in a routine, but the problem is that you get so comfortable you become unable to change it. Start this week by changing one thing you do each day. Then slowly begin implementing other changes and watch how your life becomes more exciting and it won’t feel like you’re living the same day over and over again.
