The Pineapple Sorbet

The Pineapple Sorbet By Donna Wormser

  1. Freeze storage container(s) in freezer
  2. Ice cubes processed to result in slight crunch in Sorbet if desired (first before other ingredients).
  3. Ripe chilled organic pineapple peeled and cored
  4. Chilled Shelled hemp seed, chilled water, chilled peeled banana, and chilled minced dates all to taste
  5. Process together tasting and adjusting ingredients to your taste
  6. Finish Processing to desired texture
  7. Place Sorbet in frozen container(s) and return to freezer
