Zucchini Pizza

THIS is a wonderful treat that has minimal preparation time but does take about 25 hours of dehydration time……

YOU WILL NEED:

3 large organic zucchini
1 large organic tomato
handful of chia or pumpkin seeds
¼ cup fresh garlic
2 pitted organic dates (if desired)
sun dried tomatoes

FOR the topping (all organic please):  

tomato paste
goat cheese
roasted peppers
pineapple
roasted mushrooms
fresh parsley and or cilantro

 

Directions:

1. Spiralize two peeled large zucchini (put aside)

2. In a blender,  blend the tomato, the other zucchini, garlic,chia or pumpkin and dates, half of the sundried tomatoes then mix blended yummies with the spiralized zucchini and press on a paper parchment to dehydrate at 120 degrees for 12 hours then flip crust for another 12 hours.

3. Now put the organic tomato paste to cover your crust and add any and all your choosen goodies, i.e. sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, roasted peppers, goat cheese, pineapple and dehydrate another 2-4 hours

4. The last 30 minutes, I add handful of fresh parsley and or cilantro……………
