Today we will be talking about an autoimmune disorder that gradually destroys the thyroid gland, disrupting the hormones released into the body. Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis also known as Chronic Lymphocytic Thyroiditis is a rare disease and affects women 5 to 10 times more often than men.
Our guest today is Cyndi Long. Cyndi was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis over 10 years ago. As a result she also developed Rheumatoid Arthritis along with several other complications. Cyndi is here to share her story with us on how she beat the odds and found wellness once again.
