The Crystal Bed has seven extremely clear and highly polished Vogel cut quartz crystals suspended approximately 12 inches above you as you are lying on a warm comfortable massage table.
Each of the quartz crystals has been cut to the specific frequencies of the seven major chakras (energy centers of the spiritual and physical body) and are aligned above and pointed down at each major energy center during your session.
Colored lights, chosen to match the vibrational frequency of chakra colors, radiate light and energy through the crystals to each respective chakra, and shine on and off in certain rhythms to cleanse, balance, and align your energy centers.
The individual receiving the session rests face up with eyes closed, bathing in all these energies. Your eyes will be covered with a soft eye pillow while listening to meditative music coming through Bose Noise Cancelling headphones.

White or light clothing is recommended for your session. Come hydrated. All metal jewelry, shoes, and metal belts, etc. should be removed during the session.
