Degenerative Arthritis also known as Osteoarthritis is joint inflammation that results from the destruction of the cartilage between the joints. It is estimated that nearly half of our population will suffer from osteoarthritis at some point in our lives. Although it is typically known as an aging disease, it can also occur due to traumatic injury to the body.
Our guest today is Valerie Castleman. Valerie was nearly crippled by degenerative arthritis yet she turned her life around. Today she lives pain free.
