How would you like to optimize your health? Here is a 6 step plan to ultimate wellness.
Optimize your gut flora
Improving the bacteria of the gut will have a major impact on your health. When you optimize the flora of the gut you enhance the immune system, improve detoxification, enhance digestion, avoid depression and increase your body’s ability to make vitamins B and K2.
Optimizing your gut flora can is an easy process but does require some major changes in your diet. Here is the formula:
Eliminate Sugar from your diet
Eliminate grains from your diet
Add lots of fresh raw vegetables to your diet
Prepare and consume fermented vegetables
Prepare and consume raw vegetable juice
Grow and consume sprouts
Preparing fermented vegetables is really quite easy. Here is a YouTube video that shows you how.

You can also take a probiotic with multiple strains of bacteria and high potency rather than fermenting your own vegetables
Juicing. You will want to juice vegetables since fruit contains too much sugar. A good combination is cucumber, celery, kale and parsley. This makes a very refreshing and nutritious juice.
Sprouting. When you sprout vegetables you increase the nutrient value up to thirty times! Here is a video to teach you how to sprout.

Drink Clean Water
With our planet being so toxic there is only one way to get clean water and that is to distill the water. Once you have distilled the water it is necessary to add minerals back into the water. The best method for doing this is with a vortex machine such as the Vitalizer Plus. A vortex machine changes the structure of the water from H2O to H3O2 which is alkalized water. If you use this water on your sprouts you will have 40% more sprouts!
Begin Using Fat as Fuel
If you continue with the standard American diet you will be burning carbohydrates for fuel. You will never see those six pack abs again. You need to make changes so your body burns the fat first. Here is how you do this.
Skip breakfast-stop eating 3 hours before bed and go as long as you can until you eat again.
Have food at infrequent intervals
Constrict calories’ to a 6-8 hour window
And again, limit sugar, processed foods and grains
Lower the levels of protein consumed
Our culture is obsessed with protein; however, there are many studies that suggest we do not need so much protein. For optimum health you need 1 gram per kilogram of lean body mass. For an average adult that would be between 20-30 grams per day. The best sources of protein are avocados, coconut oil, butter, eggs, seeds, sprouts and nuts.
Exercise
Sitting kills! It is important to move even during the day when you are sitting at your desk. Stand up every 10-15 minutes, this act alone can make a difference. The most effective way to get exercise without spending a lot of time on exercise is by doing boost or peak exercise. Here is the program.
1.Warm up for 3 minutes
2.Work as hard as you can for 30 seconds
3.Recover for 90 seconds
4.Repeat steps 2 and 3 for 7 or 8 times
Grounding
In our world today, we have enormous amounts of electro-magnetic frequencies bombarding our bodies. The simple act of walking barefoot on the grass connects us to the energy of the earth. This offsets the bombardment of our bodies and helps to maintain the proper vibration for great health.
Jean Sumner has pursued an interest in wellness her entire life. An avid runner, she is passionate about exercise, eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Jean was diagnosed with cancer in May, 2009 this only served to fuel the flames of her passions and encouraged her to learn more about wellness. This diagnosis actually led to the beginning of World Wellness Education with a mission of “Teaching the world about wellness — one story at a time.”
As Jean pursued alternative methods of treating cancer she met countless individuals who had great stories to tell regarding how nutrition, spirituality and exercise helped them to overcome their various illnesses. Since these stories were moving, motivating and timely she thought that each of these stories may make a difference in others’ lives. With the knowledge that we learn from stories more quickly than other teaching methods an organization was born in hopes to make a difference in the well-being of every individual on the planet.
Prior to Jean’s involvement with World Wellness Education she was a bank manager. With the significant change that was going on in the banking industry, Jean learned that her staff did much better with change if they took it one step at a time. She has now transferred this learning to the Wellness industry and created small weekly changes that one can make which will lead up to a significant amount of positive change by the end of the year.

Great point about exercise. There are plenty of studies showing that high-intensity interval training is one of the best ways to get in shape. My roommate uses a similar pattern every time he goes to the gym. He absolutely loves it. The point about alkalized water is also fascinating. I appreciate this article, thanks for posting it!
