Yield: 1 wrap
Ingredients:
1 large organic collard leaf
1 large banana split in half length ways raw peanut, almond or cashew butter (my favorite is almond) strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries (should be organic)
Directions:
With a sharp knife, flatten the thick center vein by removing a portion of it from the bottom end of the collard leaf.
Spread the cleaned and dried collard leave with your favorite raw nut butter Place the 2 banana halves in the center of the collard leaf Place the berries beside the banana and roll the collard leaf into a wrap.
Notes:
If I am in a hurry, I will make this and eat it on the run for breakfast or lunch.
