Amazing Vegetables

Ingredients:

The vegetable of your choice (green beans, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower)

2 tsp. olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

½ tsp. Herbamare

_______________________________________________________________

Directions:

1. Place cut up veggies in a bag, add oil, vinegar and Herbamare. Close bag and mix. Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.

2. Sprinkle on “Raw Parm” (recipe below)

  • Use equal amounts of walnuts and nutritional yeast. For example ½ cup walnuts and ½ cup nutritional yeast.
  • Place the walnuts in a food processor fitted with the S blade and process until the walnuts are the consistency of flour. Mix the walnuts and nutritional yeast.
