Berries – Week 3

Add berries to your diet.  Studies link strawberries and raspberries to lower risk of colon and breast cancer.  Blueberries have been associated with improved brain function and they also contain lutein which is important for healthy vision.   The pigments that give berries their beautiful colors are also good for your health. And the big bonus with berries is their low caloric count.  Snacking on berries will help you lose or maintain your weight.
