Meatballs

Ingredients:

4 cups water
1 medium chopped onion
½ cup chopped walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
2 Tsp onion powder or an additional ½ onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. basil
1 ½ tsp sea salt
(Add dill, sage or oregano for more flavors)
4 Cups rolled oats

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients except oats and nuts or seeds, boil for a few minutes

2. Stir in oats and chopped nuts or seeds

3. Using a small scoop make meatballs, place onto sprayed tray or parchment paper (or make a meatloaf or patties)

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stir and bake 10 more minutes (Meatloaf will take a bit longer) (to make breakfast sausage add 1 ½ tsp sage)
