Living foods is new terminology so that may be why many people do not know what constitutes living foods. They are sprouted seeds, fresh juices of all kinds, fruit, vegetables, herbs and salad leaves, and wheat grass juice. Living foods also include sprouted grain breads, dehydrated cookies and nourishing raw soups.

Living foods are rich in chlorophyll, enzymes and nutrition. Enzymes are responsible for building and replacing tissue, conversion of food to energy, disposal of waste materials, reproduction, the biochemical and electrical activity of the living cell. When you consume living foods the enzymes take the burden off of an overloaded system and allow it to recover. There is only one natural source of enzymes and that is living foods. The high chlorophyll content of daily green drinks, sprouts, salad greens and herbs act in two ways. Chlorophyll detoxifies the blood and rejuvenates you at the same time.

Living foods are extremely nutritious. They provide everything we need to thrive. Foods that are living are high in amino acids, minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, trace elements, oxygen, enzymes and hormones.

Consuming living foods is the most gentle and thorough way to encourage and support natural healings.

Living foods provide excellent nutrition in a safe and simple way. By consuming living foods you will automatically decrease the chemical laden and processed foods that are loaded with toxins.

Wheatgrass juice is the powerhouse of living foods. Wheatgrass is largely chlorophyll and contains all the essential amino acids. It is a rich source of Vitamins A and D, and is exceptionally high in B vitamins.

Wheat grass is also rich in calcium, phosphorous, iron, potassium, sulfur, sodium, cobalt and zinc.

Wheatgrass juice, together with organically grown living fresh produces is the naturally enriched nourishment our bodies were created to enjoy.
